How do I place an order?
Found your favourite items? Great! First, place the product(s) you want to order in your shopping cart by hitting the green “buy it now” button “add to cart” button – usually underneath the product image. Then, whenever you’re done shopping, click “Checkout” and follow the easy instructions to complete your order. If you’re a registered customer, check out is super easy. If you’re not (and you don’t have to be), it only takes a couple of minutes to set up your account. Is it safe to place an order online?
Definitely! We take the security of your information very seriously at Bohemian Princess. Our online shopping platform uses the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology – the industry standard for encryption technology. It is used to create a secure transaction environment for shopping on the Internet. Our Secure Checkout mode locks all information like your credit card information passed from you to us in an encrypted message, making it extremely difficult to be intercepted by an unauthorised party. Do you accept international orders?
Of course, we ship all over the world. Just click the “change” button underneath the “checkout” button to enter your country and state and the shipping price will automatically be updated. If for some reason your country is not listed, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com and they will quote you on shipping charges, if they aren’t already listed.
What payment methods do you accept?
You’ve got plenty of choices. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax are inclusive of all product prices.
What shipping options are available?
We’re proud to offer FREE shipping on orders of $150 or greater for Australia and New Zealand destinations! Orders are shipped using Australia Parcel Post with expected delivery within 3-7 business days. Tracking number is also provided. For international orders we use Registered Post International and require a signature upon delivery. Each package sent is also fully insured, with estimated delivery time between 7-20 days (please note international delivery times are not guaranteed). What is your refund policy?
Although it’s highly unusual–Please contact us if item arrives damaged as we will pursue a damage claim through the postal service and agree to either fix, replace or offer a store credit for the purchase price; which option will be at Bohemian Princess’ discretion.
Bohemian Princess does NOT generally accept refunds or exchanges unless item/s arrive in a condition grossly different to our representation and is returned within 14 days of purchase. We take the time and effort to thoroughly inspect and describe all items in detail, to help you make the best choice when shopping with us. We will not refund or exchange for change of mind so please check the measurements accurately and request further information regarding item if needed.
How long does it take to get my order?
Faster than you can say Bohemian Princess!! Well, ok maybe not that quickly – we do, however make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 48 hours.
Is it safe to mail jewellery?
We ship our jewellery by highly trusted carriers, so it’s unlikely that your package will go missing, however in the event that an item does go missing in the post, as extra piece of mind all our shipments are fully insured.
How do you collect and use my information?
We collect information when you register as a VIP member at bohemian-princess.com, by logging into your Facebook account or through special competitions run on various platforms.
When you place orders on bohemian-princess.com, we require your full name, shipping address, telephone number and credit card number so we can ship your order. We will only use your telephone number if there is an order-related issue, not for marketing purposes. Our server stores some of this information so that placing future orders will be quicker and easier.
